Plastiflex was founded in Fountain Valley, California, in 1953 by Lewis Herrmann and Jack Baker.
The company was immediately positioned in its markets as the Hose Innovator.

Nowadays, Plastiflex is operating in four key markets: Floor Care, White Goods, Industrial and Pool. We are also focusing on other important markets, such as water/air management and health care systems, which will see a marked increase in Plastiflex's presence in the near future.
We aim to operate in profitable market segments and serve these markets on a global basis.

Plastiflex has always actively invested in new products, processes and plants. Since 2000, it has opened four new factories around the globe.

Currently, our global presence is supported by 9 production plants worldwide!

For 57 years, Plastiflex has patented products such as Spiralock hose, Tuflex hose, VACPAN Sweep Inlet, Flexydrain, Hi VAC and Swivel Fittings, etc.
