Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In case no agreement can be reached on the name of a mediator, this will be appointed by the Chairman of said Federal Mediation Commission. In case no agreement is reached through this mediation, you agree that any action in law arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of this Site shall be filed only in courts located in Belgium, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating such action.
