Healthcare is a truly global matter and so is the demand that our customers need on a day to day basis. We are committed to contribute to this demand with the strong believe that our customised hose circuits play a critical part in delivering comfort to millions of patients around the world.

Plastiflex puts words into deeds and here is a good example where our global footprint shows how we do this:

China

Building A with 2 cleanroom/controlled room for production, assembly and finishing of HeCa hose system solutions.

• 2 levels of 3500m2 with a total of 20 tubing lines and 13 overmolders.

Building B with 2 cleanroom/controlled rooms for production, assembly and finishing of HeCa hose system solutions.

• 2 levels of 2500m2 with a total of 15 tubing lines fully supported by injection mold and overmold machines.

Mexico

Main building with 1 cleanroom/controlled room of 1000m2

• 1 level of 1000m2 with a total of 6 tubing lines and 4 VIM’s.
• Extension planned in 2024 to open up second cleanroom of 2500m2 with 18 tubing lines and 8 VIM’s.

Germany

Walter Potthoff injection mold specialist and due to advanced technologies and material expertise the expert for the most demanding components in the Medtech and other industries

• 2 clean rooms (ISO class 7 & 8)
• 102 injection mold machines with clamping forces ranging from 147kN to 1961kN
• Ultrasonic and vibration welding machines
• Sterilization equipment
